Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your course. Please read the conditions below.

1. Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 20% of the course content and have not downloaded the course materials.

2. Not eligible

• Requests made after 7 days of purchase.
• Courses that are substantially completed or whose materials were downloaded.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms.
• Change of mind on promotional/discounted bundles marked as non-refundable.

3. How to request

Email adwin5180@gmail.com from your registered email with your order/payment ID and the reason for the request.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or gateway may take additional time to reflect it.

5. Cancellation

Since courses are digital with immediate access, a purchase cannot be cancelled once access is granted, other than through the refund process above. If a payment was debited but access was not granted, contact us and we will resolve or refund it.

6. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged twice or the payment failed but money was deducted, it is typically auto-reversed by your bank in 5–7 working days; contact us if not.
